Last Seen Location
Chalice Angel Welch was last seen at a birthday party at Embassy Suites, 4650 W Airport Fwy, Irving, TX, on Feb. 2, 2024. Surveillance later captured her at an Airbnb at Luxia Midtown Park, 8107 Manderville Ln, Dallas, TX. Her last phone ping was at 12:30 AM near Walnut Hill Ln & N Central Expy, Dallas.
Last Seen Wearing
Chalice was last seen wearing a red jacket, black mesh shirt with polka dots, black leggings, and leopard print slippers.
Disappearance Circumstances
Chalice, a devoted mother of four, left a friend’s birthday party at Embassy Suites (4650 W Airport Fwy, Irving, TX) with three recent acquaintances she had met within the past year. Friends reported she was highly intoxicated and unable to make sound decisions when she was seen being led into a rental car with them.
These friends (all men) took her to an Airbnb at Luxia Midtown Park (8107 Manderville Ln, Apt 1519, Dallas, TX). By 3:58 AM, she was reportedly last seen there, but this timestamp—later recovered from an Airbnb resident’s footage—remains unverified. Her phone last pinged at 12:30 AM, approximately 1 mile away, near Walnut Hill Ln & N Central Expy, Dallas.
Escort ads featuring her likeness surfaced before and after her disappearance, raising serious concerns that she was being targeted for trafficking. Despite timeline discrepancies, alarming witness reports, and clear signs of danger, Irving PD failed to track her phone, secure evidence, or classify her case as foul play.
With key leads ignored and suspects uninvestigated by the Irving Police Department where the initial missing persons report was filed, AIDBIPOC is in the process of requesting that a CLEAR Alert be issued for Chalice and immediate intervention from Dallas PD to coordinate and step up efforts to bring her home.
