The Association for Intellectually Disabled Black, Indigenous and People Oppressed by Color (AIDBIPOC) is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization located in the Greater Chicago area. We are a civil and human rights organization formed to help intellectually disabled black, indigenous, and people oppressed by color who are missing, and exploited, as well as those who seek justice due to racial disparities and inequities.

The Inclusive Search Initiative spreads awareness and strengthens search efforts for missing BIPOC and intellectually disabled people. Our mission is to ensure every case receives attention and care, especially those too often overlooked.
